Godrej India - GODREJ SERVICES the worst service ever came across

WHEN WE PURCHASED THE GODREJ SPLIT AC WE ARE THOROUGHLY SATISFIED BY THE PRODUCT. BUT THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY MR.MANGAT [HEAD OF THE SERVICE CENTRE]CONTACT NO:0******** IS THE MOST HORRIBLE ONE. AFTER CALLING HIM FOR NUMEROUS TIMES WE GOT NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM HIM.
THE PROBLEM WAS IN THE AC\'S COMPRESSOR WHICH WAS TO BE CHANGED THAT TOOK 15 DAYS. WHEN IT GOT REPLACED THE SERVICE PROVIDER DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL THE AC.
THIS IS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON AS HE WAS VERY RUDE TO TALK EVERY TIME WE SPOKE TO HIM

wow!!! glad to see I am not the only one to kick the products of godrej. This may be a largest company in home products (claimed by godrej itself). I purchased a Godrej window AC from some Deepak Agencies in Ajmer. He took al the payment assuring free installation. He promised to install before 10 am next day. I called him at 12 pm and he said we forgot to install your product and we will send some one to install it. Nobdy came till 3 when called them again asked them to take their product back they said we didn't sell any product to you and you make your own arrangements to get it installed. After so many requests they send someone who didn't belong to their company. He also said that if godrej can't provide the service why they sell product. Now the picture of godrej was clear to me. Now after 2 months someone came to me asking if you have any godrej product. I m cursing the day I purchased godrej ac. I lodged a complaint that I am facing noice problem and also water logging is there in the ac. Today two guys came to me an when I told them about the problem they started laughing. Now thay are saying that the ac is not properly installed. YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO GET IT PROPERLY INSTALLED. What a ****ing company I m dealing with. If these guys fail to install it properly then pay again to get it reinstalled. Nice way of fooling customers. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Godrej shall outsource their service inquiries to LG or SAMSUNG

I support this complaint.iam also sufrer of the costmor service.igot a godrej washing machine(fully autimatic}itook amc for the product vide service cntact appl.no1272144dt.26.04.2010 salesman code no.643167.adefect in macenical assembly came,subsequently a complaint was lodged on 7th.june2010.complaint no given to me was 37151.despite of constant fallow up the only reply irecive from custmor care is we are farwording your comlaint and reply u soon.nothing has happened i am left with no choice than to curse my fate .godrej company has takenRs.2868 from me and giving me this assurance that we farwording a mail.this fact is nat given in the contact form that no service will be provided,after payement only mail will be farworded.
