1. This is withWith reference to retail invoice duplicate bill No 42/63 in respect of Krishna Shankar Dey copy of the same has already been enclosed to the esteemed firm. Till date neither the dealer nor the Godrej India is responding to the product defective failing which we have made all our efforts to rectify or replace the product but all in vain.
2. Now what action is to be taken please suggest.
3. We have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator GFP-2805 ZOP S.No 50004629-2045 amounting to Rs 17,700/- from M/s Akash Stores, Bilaspur on 21 Oct 2006.
4. The product has been defective on its body, which is being rusted and the chips are falling, the matter has been complained to the M/s and they have made the communication with your firm in Chhattisgarh and the engineer has taken the photographs of the refrigerator. The product has been assigned with the Rust Free 10 years Warranty with ZOP Technology. Teh complaint has been made and frequent contact has been made with the messers to rectify the complaint but they have shown their inability to get replaced/repaired by unauthorised engineer and hence, godrej engineer is to look after and further replacement if required thereof.
5. It is not understood such a reputed firm with the irresponsible attitude to rectify the complaint for such a long period, if required the authority can check and verify the complaint, even the photographs has been taken no cognizance has yet by the firm.
6.. The matter is the quality and hence the amount paid for, 17,700/- is not a mere amount firm should acknowledge and clarify the delay in rectification of the complaint so as to avoid any legal consequences/consumer forum.
7. All the facts can be verified from the messers and complaints/communication details either physically or through tele. You are therefore, requested to replace/repair/re-dunting/painting as deemed feasible which will certainly avoid diminishing the reputation of the Godrej firm.
8. We are still convinced on Godrej product but the services are required to be more cautious and firm so that the customer are not sufferred. Customer satisfaction is the main fact in order to have the reputation of the firm.
Please do the needful at the earliest so as to relieve from the anxities.
defective fridge we got nd no proper response till now
This is to inform you that, I have purchased "Godrej ( model no - gde19cs2)" refridgerator on march 2011 in Jeya electronics Ambattur O.T .
within 2 months period its stopped working. Then I contacted godrej customer care and they said service person Arun will come and look in to the problem, no one has come around 5 days, everyday I use to call them twice they answered me the same. Finally service person came and told us we have to change the coil and compressor it does not cover the warranty. We have 1 year replacement warranty and 4 years compressor warranty. Really I felt bad about Godrej is doing such a worst service
