Dear Sir,
Issue: Complaint against Yamaha service center for poor service done in the last two times.
During my last service , I requested them to change the brake shoe, which they haven’t done, moreover in the current service I requested for spare part.
Service center informed me that spare part is not in stock, but however another person bought this same part in front of me.
I am not sure why the service center denied to provide me the spare part, though I was ready to pay for it.
I am seriously annoyed by the way they treated me and moreover was completely dissatisfied by the service provided.
I would like to raise a complaint against Yamaha service center details given below.
I raise this complaint, so that no one in the future faces the similar experience in the same service center

I am raising this complaint on CAG enterprises, Sathy road yamaha showroom.
the recent experiences I have had at the CAG Yamaha BLUE SQUARE Service Center have been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
On multiple occasions, after patiently waiting for over an hour, I have been informed that the service cannot be carried out on the same day due to an apparent overflow of bikes already present for service.
Good evening sir very very worst service center. fully extra charges added am I change clutch cable amount (103.91+gst) but clutch cable replacement service charges (160+gst).
Anathor complain general services (450+gst) in this okay
But general services no boult tite no stand lubricate.didnt proper washing.all consumable charges and replacement charges collected but additional services charges also collected.what this..?????

Cag yamaha service centre, sathy road gandhipuram, technicians are frequently changing spare parts from service to service. I am highly dissapointed with their behaviour. This type of cheating never saw in any showroom.

My bike R15 V3S in that bike radiator fan not working ,so i contacted my near by service center, and that service center not informed 3 rd service date so i skip that service date so next time he is directly go to fourth service. So that time i sm telling not working radiator fan he is telling ,you miss the 3 service so warranty is not cover but engine warranty 3 years how can i accept this issue kindly resolved my problem .. incase your done my issue change my bike brand.. and also my circle informing to this issues and avoid the that brand
