: We have brought a washing machine (Brand - Godrej) 3/4 months back from Sales Emporium (Garia). Someone from Godrej suppose to come next week soon after the perches to give us a demo like how to use the product. We had to struggle a lot to get that demo as we had many calls and had to chase regularly. in between they have sent a electrician to give the demo which is not at all expected as he was not capable for the same and he accepted that too. After 2 moths it was done after a long huddle. But now the product is not working so we have lodged a complain on 5th Oct with reference number K0511116553 and they are suppose to send someone within 24 hours but no one was there. i made a another call on 8th then i got the same reply but no one came for service. I made another call on 12th oct - from their service center one number was given but the person was not even to ready to listen anything (Kaushik - ********42) then they have disconnected the call. We made a call to store (sales Emporium ) but no luck again. At the end i have approached the Godrej head office - after listening the whole story she connected a another incharge from kolkata, who suppose to contact me after the call separately to get resolution but he didn't. It's completely frustrating as everyone is trying to put me in infinite loop and we are helpless so very much looking forward to your kind help. I have purchased a 6.2kg washing machine from Nag home appliaince,salagame road,hassan.,There is a sticker pasted on the machine "FREE SURF EXCEL KIT AND EXCLUSSIVE COVER INSIDE" The problem is showroom people are demanding to pay seperately for the both and company will give no free items.So I want to know,wheather company is cheating the consumers or show room people.I need clear information before I go for further action.
