hello sir..
i have purchased a sony ericsson vivaz mobile phone worth Rs 10000 from indiatimes shopping..but now the music player is giving problems...the speaker is also not sounding good.The screen fitting is also not proper and dust is entering into the screen..i tried calling on the customer care number but they are not reponding ...plz help me in getting my cellphone replaced or getting cash back of the purchase amount..I m highly unsatisfied with the service given by indiatimes shopping.

Complainant's Goal: i want my cellphone to be replaced or cashback of my cellphone.
