Dear Sir,

My self, Abijitsinh Parmar, from Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Sir, I had purchased Micromax Canvas Colours (A120) on date 17/05/2014, Bill No. GNR/R0001658/1415. And the after few months the headphone pin is not working so I went to the service station at gandhinagar, gujarat. I didn’t get the proper solution on that day 17/10/2014 even my speaker is working and phone is working in good situation after giving to the service station the phone’s speaker was not working properly means no one can hear my voice and i can’t hear anyone voice from the other side.
With the help of the Job Sheet Date -17/10/2014 and
The Job Sheet No : W010300-1014-12842172
IMEI No. 911367100577924.

I went to the service station on 19th of Nov’2014 but they didn’t give me the exact answer they are just replying that the phone is coming back from Delhi without any repair work. Even I didn’t see the cellphone in the service center on that day.
So please do the needful otherwise Consumer Redressal is the final way to get my phone ready.
Even today, they said me that my instrument was pending.
