Dear sir,
I travelled on tarin no.14632 on 2.1.2011 from Amritsar to jagadhary vide PNR NO.2214934325. I have a bitter exeperince of this jurney for the following reasons:
1. The departure time of the said train from Amritsar (Origin) is 22:10 hrs and it left the city at 03:15 hrs on 3.1.2011. When asked the reason for the delay, they said the tarin is on washing. The UP train reached amritsar on 10:00 hrs on 2.1.2011, so how the train is being washed for 17 hrs.
2. The condition of Retiring room (AC) so bad and dirty, it was next to imposible to be there. The retiring room for AC passager should be temprature controlled but it was not there.
I am a regular passanger of indian railway and justification on above points is requested from indian railway and if any officer found guilty for the same action against the officer is requested.
This is improve the services of indian railwaly only...

Indian Railway service is poor and even If you check their official site your PC hanged with thousands of Popup advertisement,etc and their database is old and outdated...

Thousands of popup advertisements on their site, they're focus on earning money through advertisements, I think within next few year they will try to use force click advt. tricks.
For eg: If you want to check PNR status then first you need to click on their popup advet, then click on banners,etc... then check PNR with "KRISS...NOT FOUND.. oh sorry.."
POOR GARBAGE SERVICE, I will never use their service.. poor looters.
