I had ordered for TWO icon G8 Plus Dual Sim Mobile from TVC Networks Ltd on 15th November 2010 with a request to deliver one in Hyderabad and the other in Chennai. The details are given hereunder:

1) System Order No. OC2477370
2) Order Date: 15-Nov-2010
3) Payment Mode: Prepaid

And, I received the product on 19th November 2010 at 7.00 p.m. in Chennai. My aunt received the same in Hyderabad. Fortunately, her mobile is functioning very well but my mobile do not.

Now, the issue is that when I turned on the mobile and tried to use camera, I was shocked to see that I am getting an hazy image with lots of colors. Then, I tried to get connected to TV and I get only the blurred screen. And the last but not the least, when I tried to listen to FM, as usual, the system is not able to search the FM.

Next day (20th November 2010), I called up the TVC Sky Shop on 0********98 to complain. The executive was obliged to take the complaint and he gave the complaint No. 525884_167. He said that somebody would call me between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m from Mumbai. But till date, I haven't heard anything from them.

I wish that somebody call me and would be obliged to send me a NEW MOBILE IMMEDIATELY. Lest, I would be forced to file a complaint with RTI.

I have purchased Icon G8 Plus Mobile. I am not satisfied with performance since I have not received PC Suit. I am getting error message of insufficient memory. I am very irritate with services since I have been requesting since last month. Pls. arrange to replace the instrument.

Yes, I support this complaint.

The same problem I'm facing but no one is ever ever tried to solve in fact TVC Skyshop Ltd had no executives to work in Hyderabad. And I'm no more using ICON G8 mobile because it is not functioning at all.

I wish that somebody call me and would be obliged to send me a NEW MOBILE IMMEDIATELY. Lest, I would be forced to file a complaint with RTI

i have order for icon g8 plus mobile & get on 22nd nov 2010 but this mobiles fm & tv does not working. i m complaint 7 times from get this mobile.to customer support of tvcskyshop but they have tell me every time our support team will call u but yet no call have i received. plz i want my money back
