TVC Skyshop Ltd - TVC SKYSHOP is not Dispatching my order

Hi I feel I have been cheated by the TVC SKYSHOP. I saw the advertisement on TV of one of the TVC product called Merlin 123. As I got interested in it I placed an online order and made the appropriate payment by my Credit Card. I placed the order on 6th of August.

Till now the product is not delivered to me. I have made numerous calls to helpdesk and each time I am more frustrated with the kind of fool these guys are trying to play. On each conversation with the helpdesk some one ensures that I will get a call back with the resolution of my problem. Till today no body has called me .Now I want to take some action against TVC so that today as I feel frustrated and sick, TVC is not repeating this to anyone else.

The other issue is when I have booked the order that time the price of the product was 2990/- But today the price is 2490/-

Can you please help me so that I can complain and let the people know that TVC is fooling with the public.

Hi
I had purchased the merlin 123 on 17th July 2010. I had done the payment by credit card. Its been more than a week but I have still not received it. After i called the callcenter, I was informed that the shipment was done on 25th Aug 2010. And they provided me the consignment no.
When i tried to track my consignment, it turnend out to be a different one that was dipactched on 6th Jul 2010.
I am very much dissatisfied with TVC.

But I got my ordered product on time and without any problem. In fact I was surprised to see the delivery before time. May be you must have faced this problem, but overall I don\\\'t see any defect in company and service. Because so many times I have used their product which I found be decent.

If you have problem with your order why don't you contact customer care. Even I had ordered the product through credit card by the way its today's price is 3490 not 2490.
