Requested Sir,

Before two months ago on 26/4/2010,i have ordered a product called MERLIN 123 and after a month i got my product but with that u have sent me a broken container of slicer dicer.I have complied about that at your office on a given customer number and I really felt UNSATISFIED with your workers reply.Its better for you to return my money back or give me the replacement of that big-container.

ITS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO SATISFY UR CUSTOMERS\' NEED FIRST, RATHER CHEATING THEM BY PROVIDING BROKEN PRODUCTS.

So please I want the POSITIVE reply from your \'TVC SKY SHOP COMPANY\' otherwise I have to take action against your company.

I support this complaint.
yes i totally agree with all the people who are complaing about TVC. IT is really a fraudulent company.i suggest u to never ever buy products from tvc. their customer care never respond to u properly...nor the company pay any attention to your complaint even if u resgister them online...i have bought a poduct kuber kunji from them and still struggling to return it as it is damaged....even i have logged complaint so many times but they haven't even replaced it! pls ! all those who think to buy product from TVC never ever do it.
