Hello there,
I had booked ticket of train no: 4034 jammu mail from jalandhar to delhi. The Departue time of train from JUC is 22:15 according to electronic reservation slip. When i contacted 139, they said the train is running late for 25 minutes and will arrive at 22:40. When we reached at station according to 139 at 22:20 the train was already left at 22:14 from the jalandhar station. after this i went to rail enquiry counter, the staff said the arrival time of the said train is 21:30 and it left on 22:14. According to the staff there are some errors in the website.
When i asked for the complaint book from MR. Som dutt the duty officer in room number 19 at jalandhar city railway station, He simply refused me to give complaint book and asked me to leave after urging him plenty time for the complain book. Can you please help to sort this out and take action against these people who doest not bother with the problems of passengers.
