Rail Ticket Online - I am not satisfied with the services of indian railway

I am Radhey Shyam, having the bank a/c the SBI branch(SBI,IIT Delhi).I have booked two e-ticket on 24/04/2010 through my SBI cum ATM debit card for my journey from New delhi to Kanpur scheduled on 09/05/2010. For some reason,I had cancelled that e-ticket on 03/05/2010. System(www.irctc.co.in) has confirmed the cancellation and also showed the refund back of my money(Rs. 348) into my account. But It is not credited yet.The information about the ticket are:
