I find tatkal ticket booking system as a complete faiulre. We are unable to open the site between 8 am to 9 am where it is completely jammed. The ticket agents and touts should be prohibited from using the site during this time. Added to that, the touts are found sleeping at the reservation centers in Sitaphalmandi and secunderabad stations from 2 am or 3am. It is very difficult for common man to book a ticket in tatkal these days. At 8 am, those touts will claim admit 4 other new faces into the queue saying that they have already booked the queue since 3 am or 4 am. The touts are seen to capture the centers in many ticket counters across hyderabad in early hours. Within 10- 20 min all the tickets are sold out for tatkal.
Request the authorities to look into this problem.
