Indian Railways - The timing of chart preparation is not maintained which troubles the customers

The chart should be prepared and floated 4 hours prior to the arrival of train which is usually ignored. This leads the customers to wait for the final time of arrival at station and this time is in vain if they remain to be in waiting list. This leads to loss of time for customers reflecting the Indian railways irresponsibility.
