I support this complaint. At night download/upload speed unexpectedly decreasing like 1kbps/o.8kbps, 2kbps respectively.

can anyone give me the phone numbers of the owners or the address of the office . I want to give a piece of my mind as well. technically incompetent people, unable to set my connections right for the last 42 days...

I support this complaint. For the pat 42 days my connection is very slow & gets disconnected. I have to call meghbala to get connected in the morning everyday.

Hey, Good News I spoke to Indranil Da, who claims to be theowner of Meghebela, gave him a piece of my mind, hurt his ego and got back the money, in cash. By the way, Anirban the installer was sacked. :-)

I do not support this complaint as it is. But my initial experience is not good. Now my connection is o.k. but I expect more download speed. I am using Jet Zoom(300 kbps) package and getting down load speed 7,9,10,11,12, 14, 17,18,19,21 respectively sometimes 25,26,27,31 and average download speed is maximum 21-26. Kindly clarify my problem and if anything to be done to increase download speed, may please be done. I may also be informed actual monthly charge I shall have to pay for the said package.

I have just subscribed to this package and have installed a RAD. I am hooking up to Keshtopur and stay in Rajarhat. Due to the distance there is a huge packet loss and latency. The installer Mr. Anirban was not happy with the results and promised to defer the billing cycle, however I have requested them to cancel the subscription and return the amount paid (rs. 2500). Since then the ISP is incommunicado and is of no help. The site does not have a complaint form to fill and I do not know where to go to lodge a formal complaint.

I support this complaint.I have been using this Meghbala Broadband service for last 1 year. Service quality is really poor. Most of the time connection speed is very slow and at times works like dial up connection. My user id is roni_g and i have been using Jet Classic (256Kbps) packege costing me 450 rs per month. I have made lots of complaint in last one year but callousness of the local operator has never changed.

i am using wireless meghbela broad band the service breakdown any time, i am fed up about the service, ihave invest Rs.- 2500/- intially, paying 450/p.m getting 128 kbps speed (unlimited plan), the information about pakage details in website is completely fake

I support this complaint. i live in barrackpore , my name is sougata sarkar , userid 'sougata_bccn' and the local meghbela connection is having a lot of traffic , causing the latency reaching almost upto 900 milisecond , i never get constant ping , its always roams between 100-700-900 ! sometime no ping gets recieved ! im fed up complaining on phone , the 03340401100 is useless , they are only there to give assurance but never take steps ! and the local service provider 'bccn' lacks effort to make a good connection !
