I am using Meghbela Broadband's service from April 2008 till date. From the first day I could not able to download from Rapidshare.com. Every time I talked to their Help desk (??? help less ??? no answer ???), they asked me to send email to their senior network technician Mr. Soumen. I did, and after 2 days my problem solved. After every 1/2 months it happened and used to send emails regularly. But, for last 3 months I was unable to download from rapidshare / hotfile / megaupload etc. One day I told their help desk person that how an ISP can prevent users from downloading from above mentioned sites. He was speechless and when I told that I am going to Consumer Court then he said that they have no problem. The local operator also asked me that if I want I can leave their connection, they do not bother because they have a lot of customers.
My question is how an ISP like Meghbela Broadband who is increasing their no of customers every day in and around Kolkata, can make the customers fool for such a long time with their useless technicians.
This happens with me too, my advice is to try downloading rapidly.....i think its their setting problem and my advice is to try downloading that file continuously. it may work :|

Your connection are so bad, Pless stop working and close you Broadband service. Your franchise are so bad and cheater also I used your B. B. Service (512 kbps unlimited plan) last 3 month you give me a bill 633.00/= something but I gave your franchise 993.00/=. Why I gave extra 360.00/= can you told me.
