I would like to bring it up my worst experience with the Skoda Service Center in bangalore (vinayaka Skoda -Old Madras Road).
My vehicle had done 51000 Km and in my previous service at 45000 km the service manager said that I would require to change my brake shoes at 50000km. I had called up the board number and took an appointment (They said they cant arrange pick up and I have to come down to the show room) and drove to the show room on a saturday afternoon. After made to wait for 30 mnts when the executive lady tried to assign a technician to check my car (She literally pleaded to the technician) to attend me which was bluntly refused. After waiting for another 10 mnts I left the place though the lady tried to pacify me. This is not any one would expect. After which I called and tried to convey the message and asked the person who had attended the call that I would like to talk to the manager, I was told I would get a call back. Exactly after waiting for one month Iam expressing my displeasure here.




is that in future I should not go for a Skoda Vehicle or this would be resolved.

How ever I went to an outside international (multi car ) service center to rectify the problems i had faced.
