Complaint date - 06.05.2011 ; 6.45 PM -----------------------

Refer to my complaint dt. 04.05.2011. In response to same, no mail has been received by me till now. However today i received a box through courier containing the Icon G4 mobile.

THE MOBILE RECEIVED BACK IS ABSOLUTELY IN SECOND HAND CONDITION AND IS IN WORSE SHAPE EVEN THAN BEFORE. IT IS STILL NOT WORKING, TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT RESPONDING TO TOUCH AND IS AS GOOD AS DEAD.

First of all i did not ask for the mobile, instead i asked for refund which is not given. Secondly even after several complaints and after passing of three months, the same mobile without any replacement of the same has been returned back to me. A fit case of monopolistic behaviour, complete disregard of consumer rights and extreme deficiency in service.

I ONCE AGAIN REITRATE THAT AFTER SUCH A LONG TIME GAP I AM NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN THE MOBILE, AS I HAD TO PURCHASE OTHER ONE BECAUSE OF THE EXTREMELY DEPLORABLE BEHAVIOUR OF THE COMPANY AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE END OF MATTER FORTHWITH AS ALREADY I HAVE GONE THROUGH MUCH TENSION AND HAVE ALSO SPENT MY WORKING TIME A LOT ON THIS UNNECESSARILY TIME WASTING ACTIVITY.
