My daughter is still in Germany for an exchange program and so that we could be in touch with her most of the times, we got her a local Germany number from Matrix Sim Cards. We had never faced any issues while connecting with her, thanks to Matrix but very recently I had been trying to get through her and despite trying every hour, the call would just not connect. So I gave up and called the customer support team for help. I am assuming that the customer care guy Rahul would have understood the urgency in my voice as I was asking him to sort this quickly so instead he was really kind enough and asked me if I would like him to connect me to my daughter via a conference call. He helped me connect and let me speak with her for almost 2-3 minutes and once the call was done with, I had nothing to say but only to thank him and his team for this gesture.
