Really appreciate Matrix for their excellent customer support--- My daughter was travelling for an exchange program to Munich for 4 months and for someone who has already used Matrix sims in the past i decided to get one for her as well for a very simple reason, that she’d be connected from the moment she lands. Smooth services just once we had a major issue when my wife couldn’t connect to her for really long. On calling the customer service, they not only understood the concern but also from their end they tried to connect until they could and were really kind enough to immediately inform my wife as well. Really appreciate this effort from their end. Thanks guys!!
