I would like to share my problem in iphone5s. I have purchased this phone in Dec-13 and till date no such problem faced. Four days ago, my phone was discharged and switched off completely. I tried to charge it from my charger as well other chargers but it is not charging at all and showing complete black screen.
I also tried to force restart and same through itunes, but nothing go well to restart my phone. I have sent this phone to apple service centre and they advised me for replacement of same in worth Rs 20500. As market value of new 5S is Rs 20000 so it is not worth a good offer.

If such expensive phone is scraped with such small issues with no returns, then it is not worth to purchase iphone.

You are requested to look into this matter and arrange to rectify this problem at earliest possible support.

Complainant's Goal: Rectify phone problem. If not possible than replace same with genuine price

I am writing this mail as a last resort to a problem I am facing and I am getting no help or support from apple customer care.
My phone's battary is running out and showing black screen once the batary runs out. I got in touch with jaipur and Gurgaon apple customer support centres but it was of no benefit. All they can suggest is to get a phone to be replaced with a new one after paying 22500 INR. However, the actual cost of this phone is currently less then 20000 INR. I am throughly frustrated and is not able to go on with my regular activities since this phone was vital to me.
The real concern I have is if such an expensive phone cannot withstand a minor battary issue then it is of no use purchasing iPhone.
I am expecting someone from your team should try and understand my problem and rectify as early as possible.Apple care case: 1040465557
