i have taken two mobile connections from airtel-AP CIRCLE which are initially postpaid and later on converted to prepaid. the numbers are ********33 which i am using and ********39 which my wife is using. but it seems strange that since one week without any notice or valid reason both the numbers are deactivated by airtel causing a great inconvenience to us and and violating rules by interfering in prepaid services. now i am in roaming with number ********33, but unable to get network though roaming tariff was recharged by me due to which i am in big trouble without communication.
so kindly i request you to please help me to immediately reactivate both of my mobile numbers and do us the needful please.
