Bharti Airtel - Payment missing

Hi I have made a payment from my Citi Credit card bill payment service for monthly bill of March 2012.
But it was never applied to the account. I had sent few emails and scanned copy of my citi credit card stmt aslo
to appellate.west@in.airtel.com(Debonila Poddar Appellate Office Bharti airtel limited ) and nodalofficer.mumbai@in.airtel.com
but no satisfactory answer was given.
I paid Rs 771/- on 28th March using Citi bank bill payment option for account no: ********67 for land line no:02041322903,
