Dear Sir,
I gave my Maruthi Swift Dzire (diesel) KA-51-MA-9572 for paid service with Mandovi Motors - JP Nagar, Bangalore. I had a problem with vehicle wheel alignment and requested for engine tune up since mileage I was getting was around 15 Kms as against claim of Company 21 Kms.
After the service I realise on the next day the probelm of wheel alignment was still not solved and had to go to service centre again and had to wait nearly 2 Hrs for someone to look into the complaint. I checked for the mileage and found it has not improved.
I have been charged around Rs.8000/- all put together for the paid service and none of the reported complaints were attended to my satisfaction.

maruti udyog is good but the authorised dealers like MANDOVI MOTORS & RNS MOTORS HUBLI are the worst they play with customers emotions if this repeats maruti udyog is going to loose its reputation in the market
