PURCHASED A ELECROLUX 0.8 TON ONLINE FROM HOME SHOP 18 VIDE ORDER NO ********42. RECEIVED THE SAME ON 12MAY 2009. RANG HOME SHOP FOR FREE INSTALLATION AS PROMISED BY THEM. I WAS TOLD TO RING 01139404040. THEY GAVE ME COMPLAINT NO DEL1205091217AND TOLD ME THAT THE NEXT DAY THE A/C WILL BE INSTALLED. SINCE NO ONE TURNED UPTO 14.05.09 I CALLED AOCAL MECHANIC WHO TOLD ME THAT THE AIR FILTER IS MISSING. HE CHARGED ME RS.500FOR SERVICE. I AM SINCE THEN CALLING THEM WITH NO RESPONCE. I AM GETTING ROASTED IN MY CLINIC IN SPITE OF MAKING FULL PAYMENT TO HOME SHOP 18 TILL DAY.

Complainant's Goal: I SHOUD BE GIVEN THE MISSING AIR FILTER AND THE GAS BE FILLED IMMEDIATELY.
