One of our customer Mr. Sharma had raised a concern for non receipt of the replaced mobile against his Order for Bleu GSM Mobile Phone Model No: 651z in his blog posted on 5th June, 2009.
Our business partner M/s Pratham Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. has shipped him the replaced handset through First Flight Courier vide Airwaybill Number # ZD5587370 on 11th June, 2009.
We sincerely apologise for the inordinate delay in shipping the replacement. This incidence as a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers
