Sir/madam

I have ordered a SpyCam Pen with Audio Video Recorder(SPYPEN) and HOMESHOP18 has deliverd that product on 25th day of May. After going through the MANUAL/INSTRUCTION I have used that SPYPEN but I found that the existing product was completly defected and useless for me.
I have complained many times but they have given us every time a phone number to tell to talk by other person either it is in HAIDRABAD (04024745672 time: 3 pm) or in any other place. The call center persons of HOMESHOP18 has no manner to talk their customers.
Sir I am requesting you that this company is fraud and please take a proper action against them.

I have ordered a Viva qm mobile and HOMESHOP18 has deliverd that product on 10th day of Jan.2012 After going through the MANUAL/INSTRUCTION I have used that mobile and I found that the existing product was completly defected means sound and mike is defected and useless. my product order no. is ********5
so i have request to you please change this set and give another mobile to me.

Sir/madam

I have ordered a product :crystal 6 pcs nonstick cookware set - Blue by order number 35367789,after some days HOMESHOP18 has delivered that product but I found that the existing product was completly defected and useless for me.I have complained they said to me to returned the item.I sand back the item on 19/08/11 after some more day HOMESHOP18 has delivered that product ones again,but in this product one item is missing.
I have complained once again and they sand the item,but again time is wrong I have complained once again they said to me to returned the item.I sand back the item on 02/09/11.
But up to 23/09/11 I have not received any item from HS18,on 23/09/11 I have complained once again by complain number ********.on 01/10/11 I have received again wrong item from HS18, I have complained once again and they said to me to sand item back to them.
Sir I am requesting you that this company is fraud and please take a proper action against them.

dear sir/madam
i have purchase fujezone mobile through homeshop18 in month of oct 2011. last month only i have send my mobile to fujezone custmer care for repair due to touchscreen was not responding. they repair and send me back but thing is that they didt fix the toucscreen panel properly. due to that all dust is going inside the handset. please tel me wat to do now again should i send for repair againg it will take 7to10 to get repair. please help me out regarding this.

My Wife, Smt Saraju Das, has ordered IFB 20 Ltr Microwave with Starter Kit, Cook Book and Rs. 500/- Gift Voucher as scheme by HS18 on 16 Jun 2010 vide your registration Number ********8. The IFB Microwave was delivered on 02 Jul 2010 with Starter Kit. On query to Homeshop 18 why you do not sent Cook Book & Gift Voucher, they replied that the same will be delivered by us after one week. On check the Starter kit one ROTI CRISPER has been damage condition. The mater has been told to Homeshop18 & IFB Authorities vide our complaints number 5315716. On repeated enquiry to Homeshop 18 vide our above complaints number all the customer care Staff told that after two or three days your items will be delivered by us. On 17 Jul 2010 one SMS has come from Homeshop 18 on my Mobile Number ********20 that your items will be delivered next three working days. Till date we do not received the same.
On 02 Aug 2010 I again contact to Ms Tabsum & Mr Santosh Singh to your Complaints section against my Complaints number 5315716, they checked and told me that your items will be delivered shortly. Today i.e. 06 Aug 2010, I again contact to Homeshop 18 Complaint Section that my Complaint No. 5315716 is not traceable. Ms Faraha give me a new complaint No. 5314658 and told that you checked on 09 Aug 2010.
HS18 is not bothered about the delivery of the defective product & other items if the payment is made in advance.
