Eureka Forbes Limited - Non availability of service from Eureka Forbes Water Purifier

I am a resident of Chennai, recently bought Aquaguard Protech+ water purifier plant for my home. There were issues during installation of the equipment, but after persistent follow-ups, I got them fixed.

Now, the water dispenser tap got broken due to our handling and I raised a request with their customer care to replace the tap. The request was raised on the 3rd of December 2010, SR No:83953495.

The issue as on 11th of December 2010 is still not being resolved inspite of daily follow-ups with their service team. They dont even have a concrete reason for not turning up to replace it.

I got in touch with their senior service manager and have been getting harsh replies from him too.

Its quite sad to know that even after spending about 15,000 rupees on one of their premium products, their support on service is pathetic. The equipment is lying unusable and we are unable to consume healthy water and facing serious health concequences.
