Dear Sir \\ Madam
I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Water purifer model number Designa UV from m\\s Harsha, in shimoga on dated 10\\01\\2009 by paying Rs.6750\\- but from the day i have purchased there are lot of complaints in that. every 15 days water will stop coming and after complainting to harsha they are not responceing us properly.
yesterday after complainting to the head office (mumbai ) directly they have sent a person for the service but i think the product itself is diffective bcoz we have purchased one more water purfier that is Aquaflo Uv just one month after that is working in the good condition. till toady we have not opened and clean the filters nor the pads.
but for the first one every week we clean the pads , also change the pads once in a month and every 15 days same problem will occur.
If this was the case then why we have to pay so much of money to the company product we wolud have simply purchased a ordinary filter , even that will work so good instant.
i request you to please help me in this matter & arrage to give a replacement for the same
