I purchased Blackberry storm mobile from Naaptol online Shopping.I got it requested date as they said.
When I opened it after made payment to courier guy there I didn't received software CD with product.Immediately I called to Naaptol customer care.Customer Care executive informed me that you will get software CD within 7-10 working days & got it within 4 days.After some days my battery was not working properly as informed same issue to customer care executive.
He said that we have escalated issue our concern department & will get battery within 7-10 working days after that I got it within a week.I like this best & fastest service which about my journey with neaptol.
