i hate this website. as i’ve already mentioned it but i think it’s worth mentioning it again, i’ve had the worst experience of my life.
my order number is 4060168
to save little money i placed the order on naaptol instead of other website. it’s Dell UltraSharp U2412M Monitor (Dell U2412). and now i’m stuck with them because i’ve already made payment thought net banking. unfortunately there was no cash on delivery option, so i had to do this. i was saving 1250 rupees so i didn’t think that much when placing order. and now i’m starting to realize what type of mistake i’ve made.
i placed the order on 25th may. the status of the order is "Cargo ready" from the 1st of june. this is 13th of june. the customer care executives are very stupid and lazy. when i talk to them i feel like they don’t care about the customer at all. they’re like robots, they just repeat back what they’ve been thought. saying the same thing over and over.
i talked with them four or five times and all the time they said the same damn thing. "you’ll receive it with in 7 to 10 working day." this is going on from the very beginning. it’s been over 18 days and i still haven’t received the item yet. there’s no way i can contact the vendor or the dispatch team. because they don’t give me those details. the only thing they tell me is "you’ll receive it with in 7 to 10 working days."
when i talked to them it sucks like hell. at first i was patient. well, it was a mixture of little greed because i was getting better deal, and i thought what worse could happen. at most i’ll get it 2 or 3 days late. apparently i didn’t read their reviews on this website.
now finally, i’ve asked them to cancel my order and refund my full amount which i’m also expecting to get delayed. i don’t understand what kind of amateur operations they’re running?
this reviews is to let everybody know about their poor service, and particularly their machine type customer care knuckleheads. i know, my tone might sound too bold but believe me their service is harsher than this. paying about 20k in advance, and then wait for it for this much, while hearing the same stupid lines from their customer care is just too much.
here, i’m also hopping to get in touch with one of their seniors, not just by rank, but by brain.
hope this might help someone and also help me get back my money.
UPDATE: this is the fifth date since i asked for refund. and the customer care knuckleheads are still hammering the same line they used before. the status is still "Cargo Ready". they still haven’t canceled the order. i hate these guys.
UPDATE: 6/16/2010 11:54 AM: i just called their customer care and asked for their senior. the senior guy cut my phone twice without even talking to me. and of course, should i expect any call back from them? hell no.
UPDATE: 6/15/2010 4:47 PM: i just called their cc again, asked her to transfer me to her senior. when i finally got to the guy nobody bothered to say anything. it was like they picked the phone up and put it in side. i waited for five minutes. i could hear them gossiping. i heard a woman talking about her kid, i heard one guy making fun of a customer, i heard some people joking around but nobody picked up the phone. i thought i might actually talk to someone who could solve my problem but their stupidity and laziness just keeps increasing as i interact with their seniors.
