Hi,
I have registered my consumer details in the IOCL portal. Recently, I tried to login to check my Aadhar status. To my dismay, I was not able to login and it kept on saying that Invalid Login. These are the things I did but all in vain:
1. Decided to go for Forgot Password and gave my email id so that I can get a reset password. Apparently, after umpteen attempts, I never ever get reset password email.
2. I tried to give feed back on their website, to notify this issus. Alas, their website accepts only 60 characters. I failed to explain my issues within this sixty characters.
3. Some how I managed to complete the explanation and submitted in the website. No acknowledgement came out of the submission.
4. No contact number to report portal issue.
5. I tried to re-register with new email id and other data. It did not accept that as well, and said that the consumer number is already registered.
What should I do to get my login details? Please help me.

I'M A INDANE CONSUMER . CONSUMER NO. IS CX23891722 . I CAN'T LOG IN INDANE ON LINE SERVICES . I HAVE FORGET MY USER ID AND PASSWORD. PLZ SEND MY USER ID AND PASSWORD ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER.

Hello sir, i. M kavita n my gas connection no. is 34443. From. March we can get the yearly. Subsidy on my connection. I M sure that subsidy On my connection is finished very soon,. Now I already got two cylinders on non- subsidy. and when. I login to Indian gas. Scant login to it n can't know my status on my connection. When. I call to gas distributor. He says that. I have 20000 connections. if all of them call me and ask for the problem.how can I do this. pls. What can I do sir. Pls help. very hard to spend thousand rupees for a cylinder.
