Karbonn Mobiles - Issue with karbonn KC 555 mobile phone

I have bought a New Karbonn Mobile KC 555 yesterday and the phonebook is not working. I have contacted all the dealers of Kolkat on their website and they are stating that they are not the concerened person. Their 1800 number is also not getting connected and the other number 080-41378858 is also not responding. Please help me

I support this complaint.i m purchace karbon kc555 last mont some problem in speekar but we r not found ur custemer car. i m call delhi custemer care but survie i not avaiable pls resolved
