Karbonn Mobiles - Issue with karbonn KC 555 mobile phone

I have bought a New Karbonn Mobile KC 555 yesterday and the phonebook is not working. I have contacted all the dealers of Kolkat on their website and they are stating that they are not the concerened person. Their 1800 number is also not getting connected and the other number 080-41378858 is also not responding. Please help me

After 8 months My mobile got the problum of dispaly, I given ernakulam service center 0n 05/06/11, work sheet no 8936 and also produced the bill. now almost one month is over sofar they are not repaired, pls arrenge to repair or replace immediately really your repair facilities very poor

3 month back i purchased KC555 KARBON hand set in Mamtha telecom.No.48,S.N.Bazaar,3RD main road,Gandhinagar,Bangalore-560 009,BillNo.37206 on DATE21-12-2010.But now some problem in earphone for earing songs from MP-3 from hand set.I went ask KARBON SERVICE CENTRE at MANGALORE near LALBAGH,MANGALORE.this people not given the service to my hand set.What can I do.Warranty period this people not given service after warranty period what can I do.This purpose I WENT TO KARBONN SERVICE CENTRE TWO TIMES but no result.Iam losing duty time and money of 300 rupees.Please KARBON PEOPLE HELP ME.

even the service centre provide by u in ur booklet ignoring as ur authorised service centre

My carbonn mobile not receiving network of tata it CDMA port is not working .sotware is corrupt and no one accept to repair as software is not available in the market. the co. has not disclosed it.so how can one survive with carbonn mobile.so disclose you software in market and mail to my i.d.thanks.

I support this complaint.

i am using kc 555 phone which not standing battery even 4 hrs,moreover if i got or call 15 minits continuously,i can't keep the phone near ear, in service center - they are not ready to listen our problem and try to send out me.

I support this complaint. karboon is not a company they can not give service this is china product do not trust ,they gave service centers but they to money makers no rules nathing.

I support this complaint. I also got one KC555 which showing the similar problem. Regarding this I took the help of Mr. Harish Parwar, Service Head. Bangalore.
