I HAD POST PAID SIM & HAVE APPLIED FOR PRE PAID SIM .1 WEEK BACK BUT WHEN I WENT ON SATURDAY TO THE LOCAL OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY
HAVE SENT ALL THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON SUNDAY THEY TOLD ME TO HOLD THE LINE THEY GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NUMBER ALSO THE NUMBER IS 3709808.THIS IS THE WAY YOUR\'LL GIVE SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS IF YOU\'LL CONTINUE LIKE THIS I WILL HAVE TO CUT THE LINE.
