Dear sir,
I am pankaj. I have purchased spice mobile tq-68 on 5-7-2012 and got warranty for one year.My mobile's tft screen(LCD screen) has defected due to some unknown reason and I went to service center of spice at "service zone tele center-e-7, jyoti colony shahdra delhi-110032" for changing my tft screen but they DID not admitted my request.After requesting for 1 hour, he checked my mobile and demanded 750/-For tft screen and also created some problems which were not there in it(made scroll pad unable to work).
Kindly take appropriates action in favor of me as soon as possible. PLZ TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.
