i am using a spice mobile model M5252 and it is not working properly and i also complaint to the local service center and also deposit my phone but still facing problem and also rude behavior of employees and still my phone is in service center from last 15 days my phone stays in service center 6 months in a year please resolve if u can?

I support this complaint.
I have purchased a Mobile QT-52 on 15th Augâ€™10 from Spice retail showroom, Howrah. I have faced problem in switching the phone on and off . Please suggest what to do now. when contact 18th Aug'10,Service senter take time 6 dayes for service/problame is olny Auto Off.

1.NOT GOOD SERVICE CENTER
2.CHITING Invoice and bill.
2.not good supportes.
