Spice Mobiles - i am totally not satisfied with Spice M6060 model and service

i have purchaged the spice mobile handset bearing the model no M-6060 GSM with the hope of quality and good service. Other details of the handset are as follows. Master IME 910002270085611. Slave no. 910002270115616.
S/N 255629091300531163. Within short period of nine months spice mobile charging point is not working. handset warranty period is still up to 7-11-2010. when i approached authorised service centre Srinivas spice mobile service centre Gulbarga karnataka, for repair or new replacement, refused to do both and charged me Rs 250 for repair the charging point. One year Warranty given by the company is nothing but cheating the customer. Purchaged the handset on 7/11/2009 and warranty period is up to 7/11/2010. By this, company's image will tarnished in the market and you are going to loose customer in future. Any legal action againt bad quality will futher damage the companys reputation. please, withdraw the faltyhandset and arrange new replacement.
