HDFC Bank Limited - I have been duped by HDFC having lost huge amounts of money.

I am Dilip R Shukla. I had a salary account and a savings account at HDFC bank at Bohisar in Maharastra. My account numbers were 01********0469 and 1********9442. Due to change in job, I had to shift elsewhere. I was not able to close my HDFC bank account as I had given HDFC bank account details for disbursement of my PF settlement. Meanwhile the bank started deducting penalty charges for not retaining the minimum balance in my salary or savings account. I was not given prior intimation of the requisite minimum balance or the deduction charges by the Bank at my address, on my contact number or on my e-mail id.
Meanwhile my PF balance of the previous company was transferred to my HDFC bank account. I got intimation of the release of PF balance from the PF office, Kandivali to me vide letter reference no.

The bank kept on deducting the maintenance charges, eating into my hard earned income and as on date I am left with minimum avialable balance. I feel duped and I am at loss of words to explain my deep feeling of disgust of having associated myself with a Bank of such malafide intensions, which searches for opportunity to cheat a custormer by harping of an err on part of the customer. Moreover, I couldnot close the account, since my PF balance was to be credited in the same account.
I have a feeling that, the Bank under question has destroyed the very foundations, on which it gives service to the customers. To say the least, the bank could have atleast sent quarterly letters to my permanent address about the deductions it was making without my knowledge. It is acceptable that the Bank is here to make profits but not at the cost of the customer. And moreover, HDFC bank is a bank with credentials and it has to answer for the embarassment caused to me due to such mean attitude.

I support this complaint.today morning onwords HDFC hurting me.I can't login my account through net,i can't get my balance details from phone.I am so tensed,there is no gurentee for our money.two days before i got wrong balance details from ATM after taking money...WHAt is this????
