It is the most horrible banking experience that I have gone through and I am literally being harrassed by your bank for no fault of mine. I never got the details of the so called outstanding and the copy of so called settlement letter signed by me.

I also got a call from Ms Mandeep after Ms Ruchi Walia called me, just to convey whatever Ms Ruchi Walia has told me was not correct??????? Amazing committments ? She clearly refused to give me the escalation matrix being followed in your bank despite this issue remain pending for so long.

My following questions still remains unasnwered and despite repeated requests you are not reverting on mails with the history attached..

What made you to arrive at this amazing figure of Rs 34/- as settlement figure?
What made you to upgrade my credit card which had an overdue to platinum card? Why any outstanding, if there was any, was billed to my platinum card statement.?
Why I was not communicated by your bank ever about any details about the dues on my previous credit card.
Why this matter has come up so late when it existed in the past?
When this matter has been reported to CIBIL?.

I am simultaneously taking up this matter with banking ombudsman, as it is not resolved at all.

Sanjeev Kumar

This is abhishek swami, I applied for credit card 1 month ago, I was promised to provide HDFC platinum card and got HDFC Titanium card, hence requested to block that and provide Platinum, however Titanium card was blocked but not received any thing about Platinum card. 20 days back I applied for credit card and got message that reference number is 13011213390710w2 and will be received card in 8 working days. My all members got it from Techmahindra and when I inquired about it, I got that status disapproved. As per policy if you have Same back card you cannot apply the same next 6 months, but I do not have any card, the once which I had got already blocked. Let me what else can be done here.

Regards,
Abhishek swami
