DEAR SIR,

URGENTLY HELP ME!
LOT OF CALL AND THRU THE MAIL BUT NO RESPONSE. I SUGGEST THE CONSUMER COURT IS HELP. SO, I EXPALIN FOR THE DETAILS. I SEND THE PREMIUM AMOUNT 2500/- YEAR OF 2003 TO CONTINUE. BUT ONE PROBLEM I SEND THE CONTINUE PAYMENT. BUT COMPANY RECONCELLATION AND CHECK IT - IN MY SIDE ONE PAYMENT IS MISSING. COMPNAY SAY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SEND IT. OR BANK STATMENT. BUT I PAY THE CASH AND WRITE DOWN TO LETTER HEAD FOR THE I SEND THE PAYMENT FULL DETAILS FOR WHICH MONTH ADJUST.
FURTHER NXT RECEIPT IS COMMING WRITE DOWN TO NXT PAYMENT. I PAY THE MONEY. BUT ONE DAY CUSTOMER PAY THE PENDING AMOUNT 2 TIMES.
I CONFUSION - I GO FOR OUR BRANCH - TELL ME PAYMENT IS PENDING.

IN MY SIDE COMPANY LETTER HEAD WRITE DOWN TO ALL PAYMENT PAY. BUT COMPANY IS NOT APPROVAL. WHAT TO DO?
I AM VERY CONFUSION AND LETTLE BIT DOWN SIDE?
