I am sudesh yadav i purchased Iphone 5 from reliance digital
At ambience mall in gurgaon on 12 march 2013.It was working fine till 4 months
But from the last 2 month it gets heated up after continuous talking on the
Phn for jst 10 minutes.I went to apple service centre which TRESOR SYSTEMS AT CHAKKARPUR
But i was astouned with their rply dey said its normal for an iphone to heat up
And nw the mic has also gone nobody gives a suitable or proper answer even the customer

Everytime a new cce will attend and u hav to xplain the utter problem again and
Again no brand value no name apple's customer service is xtremly poor.The last solution is only
Consumer court only if it can help.

I had purchased I-4 in Mar-13. There is some problem in the screen for which i contacted Ansal Plaza, South Delhi service centre . Finally when my number came after waiting for almost an hr, i was told that my phone wld b replaced but for which i have to submit my phone and wait for a weeks time to which i requested that i cannot hand over my phone as i do not have any alternate phone & requested them to contact me as & when the stk comes next week to which they agreed but i never recd any call. Today, after 8-9 days i again called up the service centre for which i was again told that i need to leave my phone as the phone is still out of stk. I requested the lady at the customer care- Ms Zara to connect me to the manager but she declined to connect. After 30 min i recd the call from the customer care lady once again & was told that i can visit any other service centre to replace the phone as they cannot confirm when they wld replace my phone. I called up the manager but he didn't take my call, so i messaged him & requested him to call back later on in case he was busy that time but he never called back . His name is Alok. I again tried calling him after 40-45 min but again he simply refused to take the call....??? Is this the quality of service i need to accept from Brand like Apple....Hope u wld resolve issue asap. Also, plz let me know how can i upgaded my phone to I-5 from 4....
