I have an ordered one ICON G5 Mobile Phone with TVC Skyshop Ltd as detailed below

My order No: OW0000386 Dt.31.01.2011
Transaction ID TR 00401********61
SBI Ref.NO. 398871G39861103 Transfer to 311********

I have paid for Rs.5,980/- for the cost of Mobile Phone ICON G5 through Internet Banking on 31.01.2011. But the company has no response even today.
I want to know the present stage of my order.
