BIG Bazaar - I am not satisfied with the Service

I have bought some grocery and vegetables from Big Bazaar in Aurangabad.
After checking the bill at same place, I have realize item costs is extra than which is mentioned on it.
When I complained about this to the person at counter,his behaviour was very arrogant.

He told me to visit the upper floor counter and sort the problem their.
When I asked him for customer care person, he was not ready to tell me anything about customer care.

Then I visited the upper floor counter, one person called Rahul Mahajan told himself as Department Manager meet me and say sorry.But again I asked him about customer care manager, he was not allow me to meet customer care manager and tell me that he was out of town and he cant give us the cell number of customer care manager.

When I told him that I will e- mail my complaint to the website,he arrogantly said, you can do it.

Very arrogant and rough behavior by staff.

Complainant's Goal: I want the service and behavior of staff much improve.

yea same thing happen to me at big bazzer in pheonix market city(chennai,tamilnadu) i was buying shoes i was sitting in chair and was checking the size by wearing it...suddenly a staff came and told not to sit there....then i asked were to sit he responded by telling simply go there and went away.........then i called another staff and was discussing about the name of the staff who didt responded me...then suddenly a boy with uniform came and asked wat u want...wen i asked about his work he told tat he s the incharge for big bazaar....i told him tat so on so staff didt responded me to my expectations ....he too responded me arrongtly by telling tat there s no such staff n went back caussaly....When I told him that I will e- mail my complaint to the website,he arrogantly said, you can do i was busy with my secheduled i left the shop with a big disappointment n without buying anything......
i request the responsible person to take right action on the staff n mainly on that incharge............
