iam b.kalyanasundar, purchased koryo colour tv in big bazar in march 2009, on that day itself its remote not working.i went to complaint in bigbazar they sended me to the service centre. i went and filed a complaint on the next day.after 1 week technician came and checked and took the remote and went back. he didnt came back.we called him daily but he didnt respond for our call and telling lies like remote is coming 1 week, 2 days, tommorow, today.atlast we spended more than 500 by calling him in phone.atlast i went directly to service centre, they said that model remote is not available in the company.i asked for replacement for the model of the tv, they didnt respond for our qureies, we lost the interest of watching the tv for past 4 months, we all put into a mental depression for buyuing KORYO tv.i never saw such a company having devices and service(fradulent company). i need solvation for this and i need all reimbursement for all my expenses and for my mental depression.
