I ordered a mobile from QS Hot deals with cash memo-9599, product code-989. But the bouetooth wireless headset which is given along with the mobile is not working. I called to costumer care three times. He told me that the said accessory has no warranty and they are not responsible,and then he would asked his senior and call back me. Never call backed.The contact number is almost in switch off. I am not satisfied the other accessories like earphone and charger(very short). Plz help me sir from this cheated product.

I would bring to your notice that i have read your phone advertisement published in Amar Ujala on dated 3rd March 2015. On the same day i have made an order for Product code 931 with the cash memo number 24431. I have Paid Rs. 3249 on COD.
But after opening the Box i found that i have got another phone as compare to Product code 931 as seen in advertisement. I have received the Product no 910. Now i want to replace it. continuously i am in touch with you for replacement but
still i did not received any address from your side for sending this Phone back to you for replacement.
So i requested to please sort out this matter asap.
Other wise meet to me at court and seriously i will registered a case against this fraud company...
