getting an ADD in TOI regarding Blackberry 8830 CDMA+GSM Mobile @ Rs 4999/- +299 Freight paid the amount online through HDFC mastercard and got the product on 28 Nov 2011 for order No. 2884747 but the mobile is not working and the accessories promised in package are missing. There is no software CD moreover charger and the user manual are of some other product and not of this mobile, hence I am unable to operate the mobile. I called customer care but to no satisfaction. kindly help me to make my mobile operative and if not possible then to get me money back as the ADD is for "100% money back guarantee". Also I am could not understand the exact message in the ADD that "23% Cash Value Back For RELIANCE Network" . please help
