Dish TV India - I am not satisfied with DishTV services and want my money back.

I booked online connection of DishTV on 9th of Nov. My token no. is 187013. Before booking i called CC and they told me that it would be installed 5th day. But 8 days already passed and there not even a single call from them. They are just making fool of people. If they dont have enough resources and technicians, they should stop online booking or they should tell customers exact time it would take to install the STB. I called CC several times but i din’t get anything else than just few fixed words. They always say that it would be install today till evening or tomorrow morning for sure. But their evening or moning didn’t come yet.

I mailed to Nodal officer (Harendra_s@dishtv.in) as well but there is no response. Its like they are just concerned making more and more money by telling lies and making
people fool.

I trusted because of the name “Zee Network” associated with it. Please let me know the procedure to get my money back.

I request others not to opt DishTV.

I am still waiting for my dishtv connection. I am tired calling customer care. They just repeat fixed words "we understand your problem", "your installation would be done soon". But they dont know how soon? even after 11 days they are not sure about how much time it will take. This is really so annoying and irritating. Can anyone help???
