I had recharged with Rs. 330 maxi sports pack on 16/10/2017 on VC number 01501315201 but i am not using this set top anymore because it stopped working due to which i changed my set top box to a new one. I called customer care, they told me to write an email with screenshot attached of the transaction number and sms of recharge done which is sent to my registered mobile number. I attached all the information and gave them transaction number which my bank sent me during transaction but they told that it is wrong. When i told them to transfer my call to senior they asked me to hold call for sometime to check whether senior is available. But the call gets disconnected and this happened thrice. Nobody from their side is responding properly. I request them to refund my Rs.330 as soon as possible.
