I had Purchased an Iphone 6 in Jan'15 under serial number c39nn7jug5mw which turned out to have a hardware defect and crashed within 6 months (. It took over 4 days for the service center (Maple) to replace the phone.

It has been little over 3 months since i last got the replacement and that too turned out to be defective.

I submitted the phone to B2X (apple support - Andheri E, Mumbai) under job number AND271015134455 on 27th Oct and was promised that the phone will be replaced within 3 days.

I called on the 29th Oct'15 in the afternoon to check the status. I was informed that the service engineers are yet to diagnose what went wrong since they were over burdened and short staffed. She promised me a call by the evening with the status update.

I called again at 6:10 PM and had to call 10 times before someone finally decided to answer my call. and upon my protest said that 2 employees were on leave therefore they were unable to answer the calls. I was promised a call the next day.

It is the 4th day today and yet no one from the service center has bothered to even inform what is happening?
